MSOS Fall Festival 2025

Join us for the 3rd annual Mary Star of the Sea Fall Festival featuring our 4th annual Trunk-or-Treat! All proceeds go straight to our Parent-Teacher Guild (PTG), funding the things our students and staff benefit from every day: classroom supplies, banquets, events, and school projects like the art room makeover. Hosted by our amazing 2nd - and 5th-grade families together with the PTG, this MSOS celebration puts every dollar right back into our school.

Trunk Guidelines

We are inviting MSOS families to host a trunk at the Fall Festival! This is a great way to show your spooky creativity and meet other families. Here are some guidelines:

  • Cars can arrive to the field between 3:00 to 4:45 pm. In order to ensure the safety of our families, no cars will be allowed past 4:45 pm.

  • Set up is between 5:00 - 6:00 pm on the main field, break down at 9:00 pm.

  • Kids will start trunk or treating at 6:30 pm.

  • Electricity will not be provided. Please make sure you have sufficient battery lighting to light up your trunks. Engines must be turned off during the event.

  • Candy will be provided to each trunk but feel free to bring your own (please separate any nut containing treats for those with allergies).

  • Be creative with your decorations, but not too scary as there will be small children at the event.

  • An Adult must be present at all times at your trunk.

  • We will be awarding PRIZES for the best decorated trunks!

  • General Admission Registration is required for Hosts, so please remember to register your party.

Trunk oR Treat

We welcome our MSOS families and friends to host a booth to sell their special products in our Country Store!

  • Country store hours: 5 pm to 9 pm

  • Products that can be sold include Food/Consumables, Clothing/Accessories, Plants/Produce/Herbs, Crafts, and more.

    • If selling baked goods, please bring list of ingredients for allergens.

  • Fee per booth is $150. Outside vendors (not a MSOS parent, student, or teacher), we ask for an additional 10% donation based on your sales during the event.

  • Vendors will need to bring their own table no longer than 6 feet.
